Holding two AA Rosettes and voted by Harden's readers and Rémy Martin as "Best New Restaurant London - 2005 edition", Lanes has provided a perfect solution for all City dining requirements since September 2003. Set in the heart of the Square Mile by Bishopsgate the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner during the week and dinner only on Saturday. Lanes offers à la carte dining, a private dining room for up to 28 and a relaxed lounge bar.
Co-Owners are James Robertson and Hamish Smith who met while working for Marco Pierre White in 1999. Individually they went on to manage many of Marco's restaurants including Drones, Whites, Quo Vadis & Maison Novelli.
Liam Cooper leads the kitchen brigade having spent years working with in Ramsey kitchens. Liam's approach to the menu is well-executed classics balanced with his own refreshing style of modern european cuisine. There's something special at Lanes when required but something for everyone on a daily basis.
